Dr. Mahtani & FBZ Wins The Case Against Simaata

Whenever someone does something good for the community, ten people come out to put this person down. These people are nothing but lechers who do not want to see the welfare of anyone before them. Dr. Rajan Mahtani is well-known in Zambia for his businesses as well as charity works. His organisations such as Finance Bank Zambia and Portland Cement Zambia are examples of how he always puts the people of Zambia before his business. His extreme popularity and likeness among industrialists as well as commoners have invited the wrath of conspirators. These conspirators want nothing but ruin Dr. Mahtani’s reputation.

Dr. Mahtani

Conspirators of Dr. Mahtani have been trying to defame him by using illegal methods for a long time. However, Dr. Rajan Mahtani never reiterated to these conspirators. He has always put his faith on the law and government and trusted the courts to take relevant action. His faith was answered with the highest court of Zambia, The Supreme Court, announced that Dr. Mahtani & FBZ won the case they had registered against Simaata Simaata. The court concluded that Simaata had indeed breached various clauses in the agreement that was signed between him & FBZ. It was also concluded that Simaata used his power to ruin the reputation of Dr. Mahtani by testifying in various courts against him. These testimonials given by Simaata were under the agreement clauses and he was barred from speaking to anyone about these, which was a clear violation of the agreement. This was a huge blow to Simaata as this case was previously announced in favour of him during its run at the High Court. Simaata was also asked to pay fine for his agreement violation.

This is not the first time that Dr. Mahtani or his associate companies have filed cases against conspirators like Simaata. However, increasing bureaucracy and unlawful practices kept these conspirators out of any trouble. However, truth eventually comes out and now the people of Zambia know the truth. Time for the conspirators to pack their bags and run.
