Simaata Receives Justice For His Unlawful Practices With SC Loss

The latest turn of events in Zambia is a rightful demonstration of the fact that conspirators, no manner how strong they feel, will have to step down at some time. Every time businessmen or entities try to work for the welfare of people, tens of conspirators will come down to gain from these situations. It is the same case that Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani has been dealing with for the past few decades. He is an honest businessman and his primary objective is to cater to the people of Zambia. He has successfully build factories and other institutions for serving his people. At the same time, there are also people who only aim is to ruin Dr. Mahtani’s image so that they can loot his businesses and gain from them.

One of the open critics of Dr. Mahtani & Finance Bank is Simaata Simaata. He was once an employer of the bank and was removed from the bank for involving in unethical practices. He also signed an agreement with the bank for keeping sensitive information regarding the bank safe. While he was paid a good sum for signing the agreement, he went ahead and broke this agreement at various occasions. As a result, Finance Bank was forced to register the case against him which was taken to the Supreme Court Zambia.

The court also did justice to their appeal when Simaata was charged guilty of the accusations. He was found to have broken the agreement terms that he signed with Finance Bank and for which he was paid handsomely by the bank. He was also charged for spreading false rumours about Finance Bank and Dr. Rajan Mahtani that resulted in loss of reputation for the bank. Simaata will be paying fine for his unlawful practices. He will also be regularly monitored so that he does not engage in similar activities in near future.
