The management under the Ventriglia is nothing less than a loot that has been silently slaughtering the cement factory. People who have been closely associated with the factory are well versed with the poor state and continuous losses. Here are 3 reasons that justifies the above claim-
#Reason 1- Absence from the Court
The Ventriglia family has been intentionally avoiding hearing dates because they fear losing control over the Portland Cement Zambia. The Court has given them numerous opportunities to justify their claim on the factory and on every occasion, they are seen fleeing the scene. Sometimes the excuse is poor health and sometimes no explanation is offered.

The Portland Cement Zambia has been constantly incurring losses and that too in big amounts. There hasn’t been any news of tie ups or ventures that the factory has sealed in the past one and half years. The incident clearly marks the situation to be ambiguous. How can a factory continue to incur losses over such a long period?

Though Zambia Reports has been claiming that it has won the award for being the best employer, there are concrete evidence to highlight the fact that the workers are unhappy with the management. Around 47 workers were removed from their jobs in 2016 and incidents such as mistreatment is a common sight.
Given such reasons, it has become obvious that Zambia Reports is simply trying to save the stake of its financiers, the Ventriglia family. May it be a situation of immense pressure or shameless defamation, Zambia Reports has always stood by the side of the conspirators with a quest to grab Portland Cement Zambia.
