For years, the Ventrgilia family has continued to distract others by stating that Dr. Mahtani stole the ownership of the Zambezi Portland Cement factory by forging signatures. The issue was settled in 2012 when Dr. Mahtani & Zambia witnessed a judgement where the accused was found innocent was released with dignity. But, that was not the end of the story. The Ventriglias continued to harass Zambia in general and Dr. Mahtani in particular by their weird claim.
On November 19, 2015, the case was once again presented in the court where the Hon’ble Judge Mwiinde Siavwapa mentioned that it was extremely unfortunate that the decision of the judge which was given in 2012 was being questioned again. In 2012, the case was permanently closed and it was expressly mentioned that the same claim will not be entertained in the future. However, with the aid of corruption, the files were reopened and officials began to inquire about the same case.
The incident also resulted in the arrest of the Former Chairman Finance Bank, Zambia, Dr. Rajan Mahtani on June 2, 2015. The trouble through which Dr. Mahtani has gone under the conspiracy of the Ventriglias is almost impossible to imagine. As per the decision made in 2015, Dr. Mahtani & Zambia was once again assured that corruption cannot suppress the lies. Nevertheless, it was shocking to see that even the Attorney General and the acting DPP were involved in this act.
Dr. Mahtani & Zambia have faced a lot of troubles due to the Italian Mafias. It is the thirst for money for the Ventriglia family which has made them evil and miserable. All that they want is the power of money. But, as long as Dr. Mahtani is there, they will never be allowed to steal even a single penny from the hard earned money of the Zambians.
