Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani was also invited to this event as an honorary speaker and spoke about the significance of leadership in healthcare for its upliftment.

Furthermore, the process of selecting the recipients for the award is extremely transparent yet rigorous. The process involves months of verification and background checks by both Forbes and FIN. This is followed by discussions and interviews with the potential recipients to understand their views on philanthropy and empowerment. After a certain evaluation, Forbes conferred Dr. Mahtani with the ‘Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year’ award in 2021.
