Citizens in Zambia are now fairly aware of the condition of Portland Cement, one of the most notable and talked about cement manufacturing in Zambia. At one point, the cement factory was among the biggest producers of cement in Zambia. However, after the unprecedented act of illegal takeover of the factory, the real owner of the factory Dr. Rajan Mahtani launched a case at the Lusaka High Court. Since then, the case has been going on for the past ten years and only few week before the final verdict was announced by the judge overseeing the case. However, the results were largely unexpected and criticised.
The Zambian residents alongside Dr. Rajan Mahtani were stunned with the ongoing judgment made by the Lusaka High Court judge, despite the fact that the majority of the confirmations unmistakably expressed that Dr. Mahtani was the legitimate proprietor. In that capacity, Dr. Mahtani quickly recorded an appeal to against the judgment made by the judge. Amid the request, a portion of the realities were startling. It was discovered that the judge misled the judgment even in the wake of finding out about the set out case.
