Portland Cement Zambia will not be spared by the Conspirators

The conspirators have not only managed to take control of the factory, but have also managed to leak out the assets of the Portland Cement Zambia factory.

In an event which can only be regarded as unfortunate, it has been observed that the minority shareholders of the Portland Cement Zambia have been playing a game with Zambia and its people. The conspirators have not only managed to take control of the factory by force from April 2015 onward, but have also managed to leak out the assets of the factory to other organizations which itself is owned by themselves. To continue with the benefits, they have also managed to have Zambia Reports on their side and have been using it as a tool to defame Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

The most recent development with respect to Portland Cement Zambia highlights a case where the Court has refused to appoint a liquidator. The appeal for the same was made by Finsbury Investments in May 2015 and since then, the Ventriglias have played their own game of stealing and ignorance. As per the Court, the ownership of Portland Cement Zambia is still a question and hence, it would not be right to appoint a liquidator unless the true owner is decided. This has given the other party with a chance to continue with their loot. For instance, about 43 trucks of the factory is now a property of a bogus company named as Miloto Transport. Needless to say, this company is owned by the Ventriglia family themselves.

In midst of this event, the real injured parties have been the common men, who have lost their jobs, lost a rewarding factory in Ndola and most importantly lost their faith in people who come from abroad with a promise to develop Zambia and derive mutual gains. Not many would know, but Finsbury Investments had taken Portland Cement Zambia to such a level where the cement giant Lafarge was outcompeted along with setting up new benchmark for cement production in 2014-15.
